Annandale Community Band

Musicsym.wmf (1776 bytes)

The Annandale Community Band first started playing together in 1993 under the direction of Zane Schaefer.  When traveling with his job caused Zane to step down from the podium in 1994, the present director, Ken Rudolph, took up the baton.  Zane currently plays trombone with the band.

The band usually performs six to ten times a year.  In the past they have played at the July 4th celebration, both in the park and in the parade, at the Annandale Care Center, Pioneer Park, the Annandale State Bank Pork Chop Dinner, Elderhostels at Camp Koininia, and at ceremonial events such as the dedication of the Cardinal Kingdom Playground.

Practices are held on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at the Middle School. If you play an instrument, please join us!  For more information contact our director, Ken Rudolph, at 320-274-5487.
