Present:
Chair Bayer, V Chair Sedey, Treasurer Froelich, Sec Peterson, Directors K
Lundeen, Arfsten, Hogberg,Warner,V Lundeen,
Not present:
Director Dr.Strohschein
Treasurers Report:
Profit from triathlon event, $377.00. $750. from city to help with weed
program. $800 from Little Falls
Initiative Fund. Additional dues collected. Lake Restoration bill for weed
control paid $2,665. Balance of $2,116.
By-Law:
Will recommend change
pertaining to time of annual meeting.
Corporation status:
Chair Bayer will meet with Young/Brown law office to determine status
relating to Tax exempt standing with the Secy of State's office.
Discussion pertaining to
setting up a fund designated for water quality improvement.
We may want to work with CRWD because of the paperwork involved.
Dues:
Recommend to membership dues increase by $10 per year.
Membership is 87 at present.
Annual meeting picnic:
Froelich has menu and activities planned.
Cost should be approx. $350.
Mapping of lake:
V Chair reported on a project by Soil and Water Control that would map
our lake for future grant eligibility.
More to come.
Lake resident map is ready
for annual meeting.
Elm Grove Trailer Court: New
septic system 2007 for the 29 homes.
Crime Watch:
Chief Jeff Herr will address membership.
Dunton Beach:
Board recommending recognition .
