We will have information available about Youth First. We will show a Youth First slide show set to music. If we serve popcorn, it must be popped elsewhere. There is not enough power for the machine at our booth. We need help at the booth. Clean Up Week. We will be staining Mystery Service

Contacted MADD and AHS Principal Scott Kerbaugh regarding crash car the
week before AHS Prom. Also got
opinions from Mr. Lipsiea and Mr. Niklaus. Mr.
Kerbaugh will pay for the car with high school funds.
Youth First will order and take care of details (asset: personal
responsibility); Nursing Home: AMS Art students team-painted wooden Easter eggs for door decorations for the nursing home. 15 AMS students will play games with the residents on March 18 and decorate their doors (asset: youth given useful role in the community); Cardinal

Meetings: Letters were given to
Corinna Township Board members. Karen
Millner and Mike Zieska spoke at the Corinna Meeting on behalf of Youth First on
March 10. Carmen was contacted to
speak to Literacy Initiative: Met with school administrators regarding incorporating new reading programs into Youth First Summer Camps. There will be a book drive to donate books for this; Kiwanis Moonlight Bowling Fundraiser: for Youth First program, was held Sat., Feb. 23 at 5 PM at Heart of the Lakes Bowling. Thank you notes were written from Youth First to all 39 silent auction donors and all others that helped with this event; AMS Volunteer Appreciation: Planned for week of April 21; Targeted Services: Met with Rick Pullins, ISD 876 Business Manager, three times to determine funding available through Targeted Services to support after-school and summer programming; Youth First Budget: Working out plan for Youth First to continue to remain viable with reduced funding; Childcare During AMS Conferences: Provided childcare during AMS Conferences on Feb. 28 and March 3; Youth As Resources: Attended meeting on March 10.
