Pep Rally:
Helping to organize pep rally for AMS and Bendix students on Friday, Sept. 26,
from New
Student Welcome: Helped with meeting and will make new student sign.
This is a chance for new students to get to know student council members,
staff and other new students (Assets: community values youth, school
engagement); Boxtops
for Education:
Pizza party will be held for Kandice Compton and 7 friends. Kandice was the
student that collected the most Boxtops and milkcaps over the summer, for the
second year in a row (Asset: school engagement); Centennial
Villa Bingo:
High School students join Pam or Mary at Bingo with senior citizens on
Wednesdays. (Assets: youth given
useful roles in community, other adult relationships, caring school climate,
community service, adult role models, youth programs, values, positive identity,
sense of purpose); A.M.S. display case and bulletin boards: updated with student achievements and current events at A.M.S. (assets: support, caring school climate, bonding to school, community values youth, high expectations, achievement motivation, school engagement, positive identity); Community Connections
