| Seniors attending the ALL NIGHT GRAD PARTY, here are some
things that you need to know about that night:
The Annandale Graduation Party Committee is ready for a fabulous and
fun packed celebration for you Friday night after graduation.
All you need to bring to the party is a duffel bag containing your
swimsuit, towel, and personal grooming items and maybe a camera.
DO NOT BRING money, purses and other valuable items because our security
area is limited. Please be at school early enough to bring this
bag to the art room BEFORE graduation so that it can be labeled,
thoroughly checked and then transported to the party location by our
security people. All bags must be checked in before graduation
!!!!! You will not be allowed to bring a duffel bag onto the
bus. You will not see this bag again until you arrive at the
party.
Following the graduation ceremony, please pick up your diploma
as instructed. You will need to have your casual clothes in
another bag that is easily accessible so that you can change into them
before boarding the busses. It is a good idea to arrange for a
family member or friend to meet you before boarding the bus so that you
can send your diploma, tassel and good clothes home with them. BUSSES
WILL LOAD in back of the school and will leave approximately one-half
hour after graduation. The time will go fast, please be aware
of that and watch and listen for the boarding information. Students
will not be allowed to drive to this function and there are NO
exceptions. There is no smoking allowed on the busses or
during the time of the party.
After you reach the party destination, the security people will have
a room where your bag can be retrieved when you need it. The
security people will keep your gifts, cash prizes and other items safe
and clearly marked in an area that will be staffed and accessible all
night.
NO STUDENT WILL BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE PARTY ONCE HE OR SHE IS
THERE. In case of emergency, parents will be notified to come and
pick up the student.
Busses will return to school at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Many parents have worked hard to give you this special night.
We are sure that it will be a night to remember. We are looking
forward to it and we will see you there.
