Christian and Maria Kiehn lived and farmed near South Haven.  Both the Kiehn family and Emilie Noss's family immigrated from Germany on the same boat.  Jacob and Emilie's farm was located on (now) Hwy 2, southwest of South Haven.  Jacob did quite a bit of woodworking.
