Association Board Meeting 3-12-11
Minutes of last meeting,
5-29-10 read and approved.
Treasurers Report:
At present we have $1,760.
This amount includes a check from Wright County for $1,000, weed control
project.
Weed control treatment
project discussed. We will not be
able to continue with our program this year due to lack of funds.
We will continue the DNR full lake permit program for $750.
Lake Restoration will be notified of our
decision and they will be in contact
with interested property owners.
Point Intercept Vegetation
survey discussed. This is Legacy
money that we will pursue to continue our Weed Control project in the future.
Dues set for this year at
$35. Letters will be sent and home
owners will be informed of the Full Lake Permit program & the date, time, &
location of our Spring Meeting.
Spring meeting set for
Saturday, May 28, 2011, 9 a.m. at the City Pavilion.
Beverage and snack will be provided.
Jim to contact city.
Annandale 4th of
July Queen: Dave H will look
into costs of sponsoring a candidate.
Fund request:
Dennis A. will draft a letter requesting funds to the Lions Club
for our Weed Control project .
City’s continued
participation in Weed Control project.
Jim P will contact and request money for last years treatment.
Triathlon Club:
Joe B to contact for donation.
Next Board meeting set for
Saturday, April 16, 2011 9:30
at Chairman Sedey’s home.
